I think most gyms would love to sponsor a pros membership. Unfortunately drugs play a major role at the pro level.

A sponsored 'drug subscription' would be a much better deal. A gym membership is often the smallest expense.

ive used MSG for years. its awesome. also worth noting all the research on MSG showing side effects (headaches, upset stomach, etc) were not blinded. when they did those same studies but double blinded, no one reported those issues.

    1. He definitely IS trying to impress people by this claim, otherwise why would he even bring it up? 2. If someone looked like that natty, they would mutate to Phil heath on steroids, gh, insulin but he did not 3. Why is he in kidney failure and other guys aren't? if he did not push high doses for years..

Was in the military most my training was cardio based. My knees went a couple years ago so my long distance running days were over so I got into weight lifting to substitute it while I got physio. Past two years I’ve done every split going. The PPL 5-6 days a week was the go too one. I’ve tried high volume and low volume and I prefer the low volume and according to my records and weight gain I’ve had more success training 3 days a week with higher intensity then I have had with the higher frequency stuff. Higher intensity stuff was more Dorian Yates to start with then I looked into Dante Trudels Doggcrapp training and f*ck my life. 3 days a week but it’s brutal. You feel like you’ve done a workout and it’s fun. I’m having to most success and motivation with this type of training I advise people to give it ago.

Asking someone like Lee who has ridiculously elite genetic things about lifting is kind of pointless. He could breathe in front of weights and grow. The everyday lifter needs high intensity and less frequency.

One bodypart once a fortnight worked for me, try that people. As mike mentzer advocated the only time your muscle improves is when you arnt training. Split your whole body over two weeks not one is the way to go 😊 I hope lee spots this comment and gives his view, it would be interesting what he thinks.

Train every day until your body isn't recovered on time, then take a rest day. The more often you go to the gym the faster you grow EDIT: This is not going to work for most people, but theoretically this is what you should do if you have the genetics to recover this quickly. The better your genetics, the harder and more frequently your body can support training.
